Operations Policy & service guidelines

Clear scope for every job, so there are no surprises. You agree to this policy before payment.

Operations policy

  1. The client provides all cleaning products, equipment, and supplies (vacuum, mop, cloths, chemicals, trash bags) unless a supplied-materials add-on is agreed in writing beforehand.
  2. Each booking covers only the tasks listed in the guideline for the service level purchased. Anything outside that list is an extra request.
  3. Extra requests must be arranged in advance — they cannot be added on the day of service without prior notice, written approval, and an adjusted fee.
  4. The client ensures safe, clear, and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. Lockouts or delays beyond 15 minutes may incur a fee or rescheduling.
  5. Reschedules or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; later changes may incur a fee of up to 50% of the job price.
  6. Payment is made upfront online to lock the booking. The locked price reflects only the agreed scope and the property condition described at booking.
  7. Crews may decline tasks or conditions that are unsafe, beyond the booked scope, or require specialized equipment or licensing.
  8. Satisfaction: report any issue within 24 hours of completion and we will return to correct items that fall within the purchased guideline at no charge.

What each level includes

Standard Home Clean

Routine upkeep clean for a maintained home.

Included

  • Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop surface, microwave exterior, cabinet fronts wiped
  • Bathrooms: toilet, sink, tub/shower, mirrors and counters cleaned & sanitized
  • Dusting of reachable surfaces, sills, and furniture tops
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
  • Trash emptied and a general tidy of common areas

Not included

  • Inside oven, fridge, or cabinets
  • Interior windows, walls, and baseboards
  • Laundry, dishes, or organizing clutter
  • → available in Deep Clean or as a pre-arranged add-on

Deep Clean

Top-to-bottom detail clean — ideal for first visits or seasonal resets.

Included

  • Everything in the Standard Home Clean
  • Baseboards, door frames, and trim wiped
  • Inside oven and inside (empty) fridge on request
  • Grout scrubbed and bathroom descaling
  • Interior windows, sills, and tracks
  • Cabinet fronts and reachable light fixtures detailed

Not included

  • Exterior windows above ground level
  • Wall washing or ceiling work
  • Post-construction debris or hoarding clean-up
  • → available as a pre-arranged custom quote

Office / Commercial

Per-visit workspace cleaning on a recurring or one-off basis.

Included

  • Common areas, desks (cleared surfaces), and reception wiped
  • Restrooms cleaned, sanitized, and restocked (client supplies consumables)
  • Kitchen / break-room surfaces, sink, and appliance exteriors
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped; entrance glass spot-cleaned
  • Trash and recycling emptied to designated bins

Not included

  • Personal items or unsecured paperwork on desks
  • Carpet shampoo, floor stripping/waxing, or exterior windows
  • Biohazard, industrial, or specialized-equipment cleaning
  • → available via a custom commercial contract
